These terms govern your use of SeenLayer (seenlayer.com), operated by Cantueso Corp. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.
SeenLayer scans the sites you add, scores how visible their images and video are to AI search engines, and generates alt text and Schema.org structured data you can apply yourself, hand to a coding agent, or (where available) have applied automatically. You must own or have authorization to scan and modify any site you add.
We do not and cannot guarantee that any AI engine (Perplexity, ChatGPT Search, Google AI Overviews, or any other) will cite, feature, or rank your content. Citation patterns are controlled entirely by those third parties and change frequently. SeenLayer applies practices that research has shown improve generative visibility, and tracks your real citation status over time — but the outcome is never guaranteed.
You retain all rights to your site and its content. By adding a site, you grant SeenLayer permission to crawl its public pages and send image/video URLs and page titles to our processors (Google Gemini, Perplexity) solely to generate your Visibility Score and fixes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Don't use SeenLayer to scan sites you don't own or don't have permission to modify, to overload our infrastructure, or to reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the API key system or attempt to circumvent plan limits.
SeenLayer depends on third-party AI services (Google Gemini, Perplexity) that can be temporarily unavailable. We build for graceful retry, not instant guarantees — a scan that fails will automatically retry. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
SeenLayer is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cantueso Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any impact on your search rankings, AI citation rates, or site traffic.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of SeenLayer will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and notify active accounts by email.
